📍 Steal—err, borrow—the Tow Truck from the Davis Impound 🚨

📍 Hook that abandoned whip near Legion Square 🪝

📍 Drop it off without losing the cargo! 📦

⏱️ Speed Demon: Finish the whole mission in under 5 minutes.

💪 Secure the Bag: Keep that car hooked the ENTIRE time. No drops!

PRO TIPS:

Use Franklin’s Special Ability 🏎️💨 to weave through traffic like a boss, but keep it steady once you’ve got that car on the hook. We don't want any "accidental" detachments! 🙅‍♂️
